The Holy Hour is a magnificent opportunity to make that inner silence in which the Lord speaks to us in a special way.

This is achieved in a variety of ways. The Holy Hour, prayed in Church, has the advantage of the presence of the Lord in the Blessed Sacrament, and the Church is the natural place for prayer.
